Does DriverMender work on Macs?
At this time DriverMender is only available for PCs running Microsoft Windows.
Will DriverMender definitely fix my problem?
DriverMender uses the latest technology to locate and repair driver issues and we have worked tirelessly to make it as efficient as possible. We can't guarantee it will fix every problem as sometimes PC issues are not always due to driver malfunctions.
My device is old but the rest of my computer is new, will DriverMender fix it?
This is exactly the kind of problem DriverMender was designed to solve and most likely DriverMender will fix your problem.
My printer/scanner/camera won't work on my new computer, will DriverMender fix it?
If the problem is related to broken, missing or out of date drivers as is most often the case with these types of devices, it is very likely that DriverMender will be able to fix these issues.

Can I use the software on more than a single computer?
In order to use DriverMender on more than one computer, you must purchase more than one license.
Is it possible to get a refund?
